Payment Terms and Pricing

Cashback Program

2. Cashback Terms
  Cashback is calculated based on the net purchase amount.
  
  Cashback is only valid for 90 days from the date it is earned.
  
  Cashback that is not used within 90 days will expire and cannot be recovered.
  
  Cashback cannot be transferred to third parties or converted to cash.
  
  Cashback can only be applied to future purchases on our platform.
3. Cashback Forfeiture
  Cashback may be forfeited if:
  
  Your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
  
  Services are refunded or cancelled.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Phrixboosting regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
